These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the UpliftFocus application, website, and related services (“Services”).

By downloading, accessing, or using UpliftFocus, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Use of the Services

UpliftFocus is provided for personal, informational, and productivity purposes only.

You agree to use the Services lawfully and responsibly. You may not:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UpliftFocus disclaims all warranties, including:

• Reliability
• Availability

We do not guarantee that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted
• The Services will be error-free
• Data loss will never occur
• The Services will meet your expectations or requirements

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UpliftFocus and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the Services
• Data loss
• Device malfunction
• Software conflicts
• Productivity loss
• Business interruption
• Reliance on app content or functionality

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using them.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, liability shall be limited to the minimum amount permitted under applicable law.

5. User Responsibility and Backups

You are solely responsible for: your device, your data, your backups, and your usage decisions.

Although UpliftFocus aims to preserve local data integrity, we strongly recommend maintaining independent backups where relevant. We are not responsible for lost or corrupted data.

All rights, title, and interest in the Services remain the exclusive property of UpliftFocus and its licensors, including but not limited to:

• Software, Design, and Branding
• Logos, Icons, and Visual elements
• Text, Features, and Source code
• Documentation

You may not:

• Reproduce, Resell, or Redistribute
• Clone or Commercially exploit
• Create derivative works from the Services without prior written permission.

7. Copyright and Trademark Protection

“UpliftFocus”, related branding, logos, and visual identity are protected by applicable intellectual property and trademark laws.

Unauthorized use, imitation, or reproduction may result in legal action.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services may interact with third-party providers including Google Play Services, Billing providers, Analytics providers, and Crash reporting providers.

UpliftFocus is not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, or policies. Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Updates and Modifications

We may modify features, restrict access, update functionality, suspend or discontinue parts of the Services, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services if these Terms are violated, misuse is detected, security risks arise, or required by law.
