1. Direct in de app verwijderen (aanbevolen)

Open het Account-scherm in de app en kies 'Account verwijderen'.

2. Wat wordt verwijderd bij accountverwijdering?

• Uw Uplift Focus / Firebase account en inloggegevens;
• De bijbehorende cloudgegevens, waaronder gesynchroniseerde profielen, routines, taken, voortgang, medailles, gedeelde instellingen en geüploade afbeeldingen;
• De actieve Cloud Sync koppeling;
• Als onderdeel van de accountverwijdering start Uplift Focus een backend-verwijderverzoek voor het bijbehorende RevenueCat-klant- en abonnementsrecord. De verwerking hiervan kan extra tijd kosten.

Let op: Het verwijderen van uw Uplift Focus-account beëindigt een actief Google Play-abonnement niet automatisch. Wilt u het abonnement ook beëindigen, beheer of beëindig dit dan afzonderlijk via Google Play.

3. Lokale data op uw toestel

Bestaande routines, profielen en voortgang die lokaal op uw toestel staan, worden bij accountverwijdering bewust niet automatisch gewist. Hierdoor kunt u de app desgewenst direct blijven gebruiken in lokale offline modus.

Wilt u ook alle lokale gegevens van uw apparaat wissen? Gebruik dan de functie Apparaat ontkoppelen (Device Unlink) in de app, wis de app-opslag via de Android-instellingen, of verwijder de app van uw toestel.

Let op: Apparaat ontkoppelen (Device Unlink) is niet hetzelfde als accountverwijdering: het wist en ontkoppelt alleen het betreffende apparaat, maar verwijdert uw cloudaccount niet.

4. Externe route: Verwijderverzoek via e-mail

Heeft u geen toegang meer tot de app? Dan kunt u een verwijderverzoek per e-mail sturen naar info@upliftfocus.com. Vermeld in uw bericht duidelijk het e-mailadres waarmee uw account is aangemaakt.

Om ongeautoriseerde accountverwijdering te voorkomen, kan verificatie van uw identiteit of verzoek noodzakelijk zijn voordat het verzoek kan worden uitgevoerd. Deel nooit uw wachtwoord, pincode of andere vertrouwelijke verificatiecodes.

Verzoeken via e-mail worden zo snel als redelijkerwijs mogelijk afgehandeld binnen de toepasselijke wettelijke termijnen.

1. In-App Deletion (Recommended)

Open the Account screen in the app and choose 'Delete account'.

2. What is Deleted?

• Your Uplift Focus / Firebase account record and credentials;
• Associated cloud data, including synced profiles, routines, tasks, progress, medals, shared settings, and cloud images;
• Your active Cloud Sync link;
• As part of account deletion, Uplift Focus initiates a backend deletion request for the associated RevenueCat customer/entitlement record. Processing may require additional time.

Please note: Deleting your Uplift Focus account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. If you also want to cancel the subscription, manage or cancel it separately through Google Play.

3. Local Data on Your Device

Existing routines, profiles, and progress stored locally on your device are intentionally not automatically wiped when your account is deleted. This allows you to continue using the application in local-only mode if you wish.

If you also want to remove all local data from your device, use the Device Unlink feature in the app, clear the app storage in your Android settings, or uninstall the app.

Please note: Device Unlink is not the same as account deletion: it only disconnects and clears local data on that specific device, but does not delete your cloud account or cloud data.

4. External Route: Requesting Deletion via Email

If you no longer have access to the app, you may submit a deletion request by sending an email to info@upliftfocus.com. Clearly state the email address associated with your Uplift Focus account.

To prevent unauthorized account deletion, verification of your request may be required before the account can be deleted. Never share your password, parent PIN, or other sensitive verification codes.

Email deletion requests will be processed as quickly as reasonably possible within applicable statutory timeframes.
